1 whole chicken, about 1.3-1.8 KG / 3-4 pounds

2 tbsp All Rounder seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, cut into wedges

6 garlic cloves, peeled
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place it in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the All Rounder seasoning and olive oil until it forms a paste.
Rub the seasoning paste all over the chicken, making sure to cover the entire surface.
Stuff the cavity of the chicken with the lemon wedges and garlic cloves.
