Too much is never enough. For the ultimate Greek-inspired feast, combine with oil to marinate lamb before grilling over charcoal. Re-coat a few times throughout the cooking process for maximum flavour. Combine with lemon juice and baste on chicken or vegetables for a healthier, grilled option, or use as a base to enhance the flavour of your soup and tomato-based sauces.

Haven't used it yet, but it looks and smells like the stuff I was using when I was working for a Greek company in Darwin. I was in charge of cooking the suvla, I was known as the suvla king. Not bad for a non greek. Unfortunately I can't find these spices in Darwin anymore, thankfully I found you on the internet. Unfortunately I was after the bigger pouch, my bad stuffed up order, so I will be putting in a new order soon. I have mate's that want me to cook up the best tasting lamb ever.
