Super Easy, Super Yummy Chicken Wings
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Kodu All Rounder
Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Preheat your oven to 180C (160 Fan Forced) / 350F
Pat the wings dry, then coat with olive oil
Add a liberal amount of Kodu All Rounder spice rub (to taste). No additional salt needed
Add Cayenne Pepper (to taste) if you prefer added heat.
Place the wings, meatier side down on a lined oven safe tray and cook for 20 minutes.
Pull the wings from the oven and flip so that the meaty side is up and continue to cook until cooked through (usually 40-50 minutes).
For crispier wings, wait until the wings are cooked through and increase the temperature to 430F / 220C for an additional 2-5 minutes.
